This is a great opportunity to work in one of Orange Counties award
winning HR organizations. The manager of Global Equity Administration
will work closely with senior leaders to support the Global Equity
administration process and systems for Edwards Lifesciences. By working
closely with their selected outsource provider, this individual will be
responsible for the timely and accurate execution of Edwards' equity
programs. This individual will work with Legal, Tax, Finance, and
Edwards' business units and maintain a thorough understanding of the
systems currently in use, interdependencies, process and data flows and
the functionality of these systems.
