Job Description: Position Responsibilities:
. Oversees, coordinates and conducts all analysis for annual Executive Compensation Planning process
. Responsible for all current HR granting processes and administration of Stryker's stock option (or other LTI) program
. Drives Company toward global, common annual merit planning processes
and assists in the creation and administration of merit rating programs
and guidelines
. Proactively solicits divisions and consults with them on compensation issues.
. Primary responsibility for coordinating and maintaining all aspects
of the REWARD compensation system as the system administrator, leading
REWARD trainings, division support and implementation, training new
divisional users on the tool and ensuring proper usage, oversees load
of all external surveys into the system, and is the expert user to whom
divisions go for help-desk related issues
. Liaisons and assists HRMS team in compensation systems and process need for the Company
. Supports requests and analysis at the behest of the Compensation Committee, including annual NEO benchmarking study
. Participates in the Proxy Statement development process
. Responsible for the support and use of Total Rewards tools and statements
. Manages relationships with external vendors and advisors on compensation matters and tools
. Oversees and conducts and / or participates in compensation surveys
. Conducts ad hoc compensation reporting and analysis as requested
. Studies and analyzes wage practices and job evaluations to ensure
competitive pay practices and ensure compliance with FLSA and EEOC
standards
. Remains current on best practices related to compensation and rewards programs
. Takes on additional responsibilities or projects in related Total Rewards practices or programs
Qualifications/Work Experience
8 - 10 years Human Resources experience, with a strong emphasis in
Compensation design, administration and management; Benefits
Administration experience a plus but not required.
Percent Travel Required
10-15%
