SEC releases final proposed rules for Proxy Disclosure and Solicitation - 10 July 2009

Today the SEC released their proposed enhancements to the Proxy Disclosure and Solicitation rule. You can download the entire 137 page document from the SEC site "PROXY DISCLOSURE AND SOLICITATION ENHANCEMENTS".

I am sure there are many ECE members who will be providing presentations or documents summarizing these new rules.  If you are one of these members, please post links or information on this thread.  Also post your presentation the ECE calendar (send me a note if you can't figure out how to do this.)
