Join the SOS Private Company Focus Group for frank discussions about issues facing non-public corporations related to their stock plans.
The group will meet via conference call for a one hour discussion once or twice a month (based on participant availability). If desired, we hope to also provide guest speakers on various topics from valuation to prepping for an IP0 or acquisition.
