Google Shows Aspects of Repricing

Here's a link to a story taking a snapshot of Google's repricing which had a strike price date of March 6, 2009 (March 9, 2009, was market low for the indices). The strike price was at $308.67 after having fallen to as low as $280. Now the share price is over $500. The exchange was done 1:1, but looks like vesting was pushed out by 12 months from what it had been before (with a minimum of 6 months to meet the FLSA overtime exclusion). Officers were eligible to participate other than the CEO. May have to copy and paste the link.
