Congressman Frank Gives Update on Say-on-Pay

Say on Pay is like a monster under your bed.  While it seems scary and encroaching the truth is that academic research shows it is not that big of deal for most companies.  In fact, in most countries where Say on Pay is mandated the growth in pay levels and frequency have not changed much.
