My husband started working for his current company in November 2009, after working hard to get on with them for several years. The company has more than surprised us - a solid base pay, a fantastic benefits package, healthy commissions, random bonuses for going above and beyond, a surprise raise just this past week and then today the announcement of a restricted stock unit (RSU) award.
