SEC Proposes changes to Sec 951 - "Say on Pay"
The SEC has just released a tiny, little 122 page document with proposed clarifications and modifications to the Say on Pay provisions to Dodd Frank. If anyone gets around to reading this whole thing before me (Ed Hauder?) please feel free to publish your summary. If not, I will get to it in the next day or two. Comments must be submitted to the SEC by Nov 18, 2010
