Nonqualified deferred compensation site launched
New website launched at http://www.mynqdc.com. I thought this new resource would be of interest to you, given how these plans are often used for senior executives and key employees, along with stock plans. It also covers RSU plans with a share deferral feature.
As with myStockOptions.com, it has engaging articles, FAQs, glossary, podcasts, and interactive quizzes. The subject matter nicely complements myStockOptions.com and when tax rates go up NQDC plans will increase in popularity. These defined contribution type plans are for executives and key employees who want to defer more than allowed under the 401(k) limits. They often participate in both NQDC and 401(k) plans.
