The Canadian Securities Administrators have published for comment proposed amendments to Form 51-1026F6 Statement of Executive Compensation, which
is aimed at improving the disclosure investors receive about executive
compensation. The proposals clarify existing requirements and introduce
new ones to enhance the quality of information disclosed by public
companies about key risks, governance and compensation matters. The
