Salesforce’s Execs Bonus Bait and Switch

Long read, but still the issue at center is exactly what our industry has battled since the dot-com era.  Equity compensation is an expense, and I don't think anyone disagrees with that any longer.  But perhaps better to say anyone who is thinking logically.  I'm troubled that the implications here are that the company wishes no one really notices or gives the expensing that much weight.  At least that is what the article and evidence imply.
