New Survey on Equity Practices in Closely Held Companies Now Open

The NCEO is now doing what we hope will be the largest and most representative survey to date on equity granting practices in all kinds of closely held companies. There are multiple supporting organizations.

The surveys are in SurveyMonkey and include instructions. Both are very short (15 questions). Responders can get the results by including their e-mail, but we will not use that for any other purpose. Responder names will be kept strictly anonymous.

There are two surveys, one for companies and one for investor/venture groups.
