ESPP participation observations

I would like to validate my assuptions used to model the financial impact of an ESPP that is under consideration. If you have an ESPP in place, kindly let me know what your experience has been with respect to the following:

1) Participation rates among eligible employees:

2) Average percent of pay contibuted to the ESPP:

3) Percent of employees who "flip" shares, (i.e., sell shares before the period required to qualify for preferential tax treatment.):

Erich, I'm interested in your findings. We discontinued ESPP here a few years ago and I would LOVE to bring it back.
