This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding international business as a Share Schemes Manager (Administration/Advisory) within their Geneva HQ. With operations and responsibilities in more than 50 countries this role has a truly real global reach. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the head of Reward / Share Schemes, the COO and the Board of Directors.


The overarching purpose of the role is to manage all the operational and administrative activities globally across the group's share schemes.


An extremely generous remuneration package is on offer.


The ideal candidate is likely to have significant experience within compensation and benefits including:


• A minimum of 5 years relevant compensation administration experience (preferably including long term incentives) in a multi-national organisation.
• Experience managing a team
• Experience designing and implementing processes across multiple countries and ensuring delivery against tight deadlines.
• Payroll experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
