Private Company Equity Practices Survey

The National Center for Employee Ownership has launched a survey of equity compensation practices in private companies. Companies can fill out the survey, or advisors can fill out surveys for clients. Companies must have no publicly traded shares.
Respondents will receive a free executive summary of the results and a substantial discount on the full results (50% off the normal NCEO memebr price of $150 or non-memebr price of $300).

This sounds like a very timeline survey. I know more and more companies are asking for this type of data. It's nice to see that the NCEO is managing it.
I hope every ECE member who works at or with non-piblic companies takes the time to complete it
