Job Board: Equity Compensation Specialist - Pixar Studios - Emeryville, CA

Location:  Emeryville, CA

Summary of Position

This individual contributor will provide support to the Mgr, Stock
Administration in processing all stock option exercise transactions
including all necessary reporting requirements to brokers, transfer
agent, Payroll, and Accounting departments. The Equity Compensation
Specialist is responsible for processing options and awards in the
system. The successful candidate will assist in the daily award
releases. This person will assist in responding to employee
communications including phone calls and e-mails. In addition this
person will also assist with special projects as they arise.

Qualifications

– Minimum of one year experience handling stock administration for a publicly-traded company.

– Minimum of two years general administrative support experience.

– Strong working knowledge of Equity Edge.

– Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

– Posses excellent customer service and organizational skills.

– Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

– Bachelors Degree or equivalent is preferred.

– CEP level I is preferred.
